1. Free for job seekers

Registering, applying and being placed through Shivshlok is free of charge for job seekers. We never ask workers for registration fees, deposits or commissions. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and report it to us on +91 8101962033.

2. Your account and profile

• You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account.
• The information you give must be true and your own. Do not upload anyone else's documents.
• You can update or delete your profile at any time.
• We may remove profiles that are false, abusive or duplicated.

3. No guarantee of a job

Registering does not guarantee work. Openings depend on our clients' requirements. Job details, pay and dates shown on the website are indicative and are confirmed with you before you start. Employment terms are agreed separately in writing.

4. Business enquiries and quotations

Enquiries sent through the website are requests for information, not orders. Quotations, scope, rates and timelines are confirmed only in a written agreement or purchase order.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no spam, fake enquiries, attempts to access other people's data, or interference with the site's security.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Shivshlok name, logo and website content belong to Shivshlok Enterprise. Some industrial imagery on the website is AI-generated and is illustrative only.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.

9. Governing law
